It’s all about finding the right contacts
A well-designed and interesting seminar program is one of the most important things to attract people to seminars but networking is equally (if not more) important. For us in the Wind Finland team, it is a top priority to enable networking in a casual atmosphere and help our guests to find the right contacts as easily as possible.
With up to 800 people packed in one place, there are plenty of opportunities to meet new people in Wind Finland but (especially for us Finns) connecting is not always that straightforward. Learn how you can make new contacts and find the right persons you want to meet in Wind Finland:
- Partners
In Wind Finland, there are up to 30 partner companies. You find the companies listed in Wind Finland web pages and you can visit their booths to learn more about what they do, and to meet their staff. Our partners are there for You so don’t hesitate to visit their booth. Tip: some stands have refreshments to offer so you don’t have to leave with your mouth dry. - Networking application
Wind Finland has its own networking application to make it easy for you to connect with other visitors. It connects individuals who share common interests and enables participants to virtually engage, and to set up a date to the meeting point. From the app, you’ll find the list of participants and much more! And, after Wind Finland 2024, it will stay with you for our future events to come. - Mingling
Just enjoy the atmosphere, go with the flow, and mingle. We have reserved plenty of time between the sessions for networking so when going to a lunch, try selecting a table with people you don’t know beforehand. It’s refreshing and you may learn a lot!
